This would require you to have access into an api for credit checking.
Or you can fill a credit card application on mission lane and put in a low amount of income so at the end of the application
you will get the credit score and denial because of low income. Note, this will put a hard inquiry onto the ssn credit file.

I once wrote with puppeteer script to check ssn freeze on bulk ssn list. Connect to socks5 api (random), random UA, and checked on bank application site. Something similar will work for you.
