This is a set of classified US military files from early 2016 mainly related to Operation Inherent Resolve against ISIS in Iraq and Syria. The documents are classified SECRET//REL TO USA, MESF. They include operational planning, airspace management, communication protocols, and procedural guidelines for air operations under the CFACC at the CAOC in Quatar. Many are drafted by or for the US CENTCOM and involve the NATO and other partners.

  

These do not seem to have been leaked to any major media outlets like WikiLeaks.
